CZ Waterpolo

Dear Parents/Caregivers,

Your child has been selected to represent our school in the Central Zone Year 7 & 8 Waterpolo Tournament at Diocesan School Aquatic Centre, Margot Street, Epsom
                                                                       
Tournament Date: Wednesday 15th May

Departure Time: 8:15am              Return Time: 2:30pm

Cost: $6.00 tournament fee to be paid to the Office or via the Edge App or Edge Portal must be paid by 9 May.

Transport: Teams will be travelling by CAR to the venue.

Parent support is essential for team transport and support on the day. If we don’t have sufficient transport we will need to arrange for a bus at a cost to each player to cover this.

Please complete the permission form below. Include your details if you are available to help and the Teacher in Charge will contact you ASAP.

Complete form by Monday 10th May

Players will wear: Balmoral sports uniform
                               Sports shoes
                               Togs, goggles, cap, towel 
                               School fleece and/or school jacket
                               Bring Snacks, healthy lunch and plenty to drink (NO Fizzy drinks allowed)
                               Book or card game to use in down time
