ESOL Zoo Trip

Kia ora Parents/Caregivers,

This term, Year 7 ESOL students have been learning about animals. To aid their understanding, we will be visiting the Auckland Zoo on Thursday, 16th October. The students will practise using English vocabulary to describe the animals and their enclosures.

The students will need to be at school at the usual time. They will do the roll with their classes before we head to the zoo by private motor vehicle.

Students will need to wear their school uniform. They should bring their school bags with a packed lunch, a water bottle, close-toe shoes, school hat and jumper/jacket. They may also bring money to spend at the zoo shops if they wish.

The cost for the trip will be $13 per student. Payment must be made at the office or via Portal before Wednesday, 8th October.
